This static website does not currently create user accounts or accept payment information. Text-message links open your device’s messaging application; your carrier and messaging provider govern that communication.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic, Local Journal readership, newsletter referrals and interactions such as clicks to text John or visit an external profile. Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location, referral and interaction information. The site does not intentionally send names, phone numbers, message contents or other directly identifying form data to Google Analytics. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the site configuration.

You can limit analytics collection with browser privacy controls, content blockers or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
